The Energetic Basis of Communication

If we look closely at the problems in the world today, many result from our incapacity to get along with one another. And most of our non-relating has its roots in our inability to communicate. We talk but we don’t express that which is significant; we listen but we don’t really hear; our words confuse instead of illuminate; and in trying to share ourselves to become more intimate we all too often create walls, distance and disharmony and friction.
