Essence Training reconnects you with your Essence… your innermost self. We do this through training you to directly perceive and work with the world of energy.

As an energy training school we offer a series of fourteen 5-day seminars. Each seminar focuses on one of the seven charkas, the main centers of your energy system. The methods used are a synthesis of cutting edge scientific research, energy work, presentations, bodywork and meditation.

The Essence Training program is divided up into two blocks of 7 modules each. The first seven modules, titled The Basic Program, lay the foundations of inner work and energy, and begin the process of healing and integrating the personality. The second block of seven, "The Masters Program", are advanced modules with the focus upon taking a next step into the higher and subtler dimensions of energy. These modules focus on the maturation of Being, and enable you to live your life guided by your soul.

Each module is self-contained and can be booked individually.
