Coaching Now!

Recently several people who are going through ‘moments’ asked us for coaching support. We realized that there is sometimes a need for short-term support, perhaps over a few days, a week or a month, to help move through something and take a next step. Maybe you need a shoulder to cry on, another brain to bounce things off of, or strength behind your back. We’re announcing “Coaching Now!” as a way for you to get that short-term support when you need it. Send an email to info@essencetraining.com

Language
Sessions are conducted in English.
Other languages can be accommodated with a translator. Speak with us first about finding a translator as it is our preference to provide a professional translator who understands this type of inner work and the special words and concepts used in it.

Phone sessions
All sessions are via a USA phone number or via Skype. You will be given a number in the USA to call.

Recordings
All sessions (phone and video) are recorded. You will receive a copy of the recording at the end of the session
